What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Develop and implement integrated media plans across channels, including video, audio, digital, and print
  2. Monitor campaign performance and conduct internal meetings to optimize results
  3. Manage budget trackers, PO requests, and monthly spend forecasts in collaboration with Finance and Media Managers
  4. Facilitate creative processes by managing spec sheets and trafficking sheets
  5. Build relationships with internal teams and media agency partners to streamline operations

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. 3+ years of relevant professional experience in media planning and buying
  2. Clear understanding of media principles, planning, and buying functions in the US and Canada
  3. Experience using industry media planning tools such as Nielsen, Kantar, Comscore, and DCM
  4. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word
  5. Bachelor's degree

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Media agency or in-house agency experience
  2. In-depth knowledge of cross-channel media strategy
  3. Solid credentials in digital planning
  4. Budget management experience
  5. Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
