What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement integrated media plans across channels, including video, audio, digital, and print
- Monitor campaign performance and conduct internal meetings to optimize results
- Manage budget trackers, PO requests, and monthly spend forecasts in collaboration with Finance and Media Managers
- Facilitate creative processes by managing spec sheets and trafficking sheets
- Build relationships with internal teams and media agency partners to streamline operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in media planning and buying
- Clear understanding of media principles, planning, and buying functions in the US and Canada
- Experience using industry media planning tools such as Nielsen, Kantar, Comscore, and DCM
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word
- Bachelor's degree
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Media agency or in-house agency experience
- In-depth knowledge of cross-channel media strategy
- Solid credentials in digital planning
- Budget management experience
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
