What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute cross-line of business owned and operated video strategies and media plans
- Manage video trafficking and asset management across various owned and operated video properties
- Monitor pacing and performance metrics in partnership with the Premium Video Lead
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal cross-line of business teams
- Streamline processes and tools to enhance owned and operated media operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in media planning, buying, or operations
- Strong understanding of media principles, planning, and buying functions in the US and Canada
- Proficiency in using media planning tools such as Nielsen, Kantar, Comscore, and iSpot
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a media agency or in-house agency setting
- In-depth knowledge of cross-channel media strategy, particularly with video channels
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a bias for action
