RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a UI/UX Developer in Orlando, FL.

Summary:
We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to transform our software into user-friendly products for our clients. As a UI/UX Designer, your tasks will involve understanding user requirements, creating graphic elements, and constructing navigation components. Your ultimate goal will be to develop functional and visually attractive features that cater to our client's needs and contribute to expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and assess user requirements.
  2. Visualize design concepts through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
  3. Create graphic elements for the user interface, such as menus, tabs, and widgets.
  4. Construct navigation buttons and search fields for a seamless user experience.
  5. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that showcase site functionality and appearance.
  6. Generate original graphic designs, including images, sketches, and tables.
  7. Present initial design drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
  8. Identify and resolve UX issues, such as responsiveness and usability challenges.
  9. Make layout adjustments based on user feedback.
  10. Maintain consistency with style standards for fonts, colors, and images.

REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
  2. Demonstrated professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
  3. Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects.
  4. Proficiency in wireframe tools such as Figma, Wireframe.cc and InVision.
  5. Up-to-date knowledge of design software, including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  6. Good time-management skills to meet project deadlines.
  7. Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, demonstrating a team spirit and strong communication skills.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
