Job Description

The Customer Service / Marketing position plays a key role in creating and marketing to our SE Florida member business clients utilizing Email/Direct Phone Follow Up and Social Media. You will interact directly with the clients both by phone and electronically.

Managing information from various sources and translating that into effective communications is the key to success in this position.

Minimum Requirements Include:

  1. Personable with good B2B Customer Relationship Building Skills
  2. Graphic design experience, with the ability to think creatively
  3. Excellent verbal, telephone, and written communication skills
  4. Creative writing and layout abilities for advertising & marketing
  5. Must be comfortable editing HTML for emails
  6. Literate in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
  7. Ability to communicate with business owners
