As a Graphic (packaging) Designer, you will be responsible for the development of high-quality packaging with a cohesive graphic message across different venues for major and minor initiatives. You will be the backup to the Graphic Design Manager and will be trained in the electronic artwork system. Additionally, you will create both new design and production artwork, including but not limited to retailer and branded artwork development, revisions to artwork driven by regulatory mandates, changes of die lines, claims, copy, etc. You will be required to create and execute the timeline for all projects and ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Design graphic content / Develop and execute a variety of assets
• Possess a strong understanding of print processes
• Ensure brand consistency & Maintain brand identity characteristics
• Ensured color drawdowns were a match across each SKU in the portfolio (bags, webs, boxes, labels) prior to the press approvals by collaborating with the print vendors and reviewing consistency.
• Manage graphic design from conception to delivery under tight deadlines
• Manage multiple creative projects and large transitions, developed copy templates with an aggressive timeline
• Liaison between marketing and design to ensure deadlines are met
• Refine images, fonts, and layouts using graphic design software
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Work closely with the design team in a collaborative environment
• Dependable and punctual
• Manage projects simultaneously
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
• 3+ years experience in graphic design, especially packaging & print
• A portfolio that reflects clean, intuitive, and functional design
• Passionate about design & can think outside the box
• Enjoys collaborating and brainstorming with a team
