Keen + Company & Keen ON Productions

Keen + Company is a well-established real estate sales and property management firm serving the Metro Atlanta area. Our new media division, Keen ON Productions, aims to educate, inspire, and engage audiences through compelling multimedia content—ranging from video podcasts and on-location shoots to documentary-style features on Atlanta’s Intown neighborhoods, and much more.

We’re committed to delivering high-quality storytelling that immerses audiences in Atlanta’s dynamic identity—capturing the city’s evolution, the people shaping its neighborhoods, and the culture that defines its future.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Multimedia Producer with robust videography, photography, and editing capabilities to join us at the ground floor of this exciting new venture. This role can be full-time (40 hours/week) or structured as a part-time engagement (20 hours per week). You will spend some of your time on-site in our local podcast studio and have the option to handle post-production tasks remotely.

Our studio currently features:

  • A four-camera setup (Sony FX30s) for multi-angle production
  • An ATEM live switcher for real-time video switching
  • A Rodecaster Pro for professional audio mixing
  • Professional lighting and acoustic treatments for a polished, broadcast-ready environment
  • We’re also prepared to invest in additional equipment (cameras, drones, lenses), software, freelance contractors, and training to support your creative vision and production quality.

Key Responsibilities

Collaboration with Talent & Brand Management

  • Work closely with hosts Joshua Keen and Stephen Shull to develop engaging content that aligns with the brand’s voice and storytelling approach, ensuring consistency across all Keen ON Productions sub-brands.
  • Provide creative input during pre-production meetings, ensuring seamless integration of content ideas and production execution.
  • Coordinate with the marketing department to ensure content aligns with overall brand strategy, messaging, and audience engagement objectives.
  • Work with the Marketing Team to optimize content reach through targeted campaigns, audience analytics, and promotional strategies, while also repurposing video content for social media, newsletters, and other key distribution channels.
  • Assist in refining on-camera presentation styles and production techniques to enhance audience engagement.

Content Development & Storyboarding

  • Collaborate with our team to conceptualize and plan content such as video podcast episodes, documentary-style neighborhood tours, and other storytelling projects.
  • Brainstorm creative ways to highlight Atlanta’s real estate market, culture, and architectural diversity—particularly around the Beltline and other notable developments.
  • Capture high-quality b-roll, photography, drone footage, and interviews that illustrate the best of Atlanta’s neighborhoods, real estate, and lifestyle.

Production & Post-Production

  • Manage and operate a multi-angle filming setup, including our four-camera podcast studio and on-location shoots.
  • Oversee lighting, audio capture, and live video switching using the ATEM system; utilize the Rodecaster Pro for professional-level audio production.
  • Take high quality stills for use in marketing materials, video thumbnails, and media assets (bringing to life the vibrancy of Atlanta through its real estate, diverse lifestyles, and rich cultural landscape).
  • Edit video content using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro—integrating color correction, sound mixing, and creative motion graphics or typography.
  • Ensure final products are polished, engaging, and consistent with the Keen ON Productions brand.

Brand Consistency & Growth

  • Maintain a cohesive visual style and narrative tone across all multimedia outputs, ensuring that every piece of content contributes to an authentic and engaging portrayal of Atlanta’s built environment and cultural landscape.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan content calendars, ensuring steady releases on YouTube, social media, and other relevant platforms and distribution channels.
  • Gather and analyze audience feedback and performance metrics to refine and improve our overall content strategy.

Innovation & Experimentation

  • Stay informed about emerging tools, trends, and best practices in video production, audio mixing, drone usage, and photography.
  • Propose new storytelling formats, filming techniques, or technology investments to keep our content fresh and competitive.
  • Identify when specialized freelance support (e.g., drone pilots, advanced animation experts) is needed and collaborate with them effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with multi-camera setups (ideally Sony FX series).
  • Comfort with live switching (ATEM) and professional-level editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro).

Photography Skills:

  • Ability to capture high-quality stills for thumbnails, marketing assets, and Atlanta architecture especially in urban settings.

Drone Footage (Preferred):

Audio Production:

  • Familiarity with the Rodecaster Pro or similar hardware for professional audio mixing.
  • Ability to record, edit, and mix clear, high-quality audio for podcasts, interviews, and videos.

  • An eye for branding, typography, and cohesive design elements.

Organizational & Team Skills:

  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Open to feedback, comfortable collaborating across different teams, and excellent communication skills.

Long-Term Vision & Brand Building

Our goal is to build a compelling content network that brings a unique perspective to Atlanta’s story—capturing its real estate, lifestyle, and cultural evolution.
