Project Manager / Customer Service - Print & Marketing Services

Allied Print & Media is looking for an experienced CSR/Project Manager to join our team! We are a graphic communications company that provides creative, digital, print, direct mail, large format, branded products and distribution services to a diverse client base. Our focus is creating the best solution for clients and having the agility get it done, from simple one-off projects to complex programs. Responsibilities: Work directly with suppliers, internal team members and clients to ensure projects are sourced and completed in a way that ensures quality deliverables, schedules being met and staying within budget. Manage all aspects of job production and maintain current status of projects at all times. Provide superior customer service. Qualifications: 4+ years in a print production environment. The ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Successful print and branded products purchasing experience in a manufacturing, client, or agency environment. Experience negotiating job costs and schedules with vendors. Proven organizational and project management skills. The ability to identify and solve problems independently and proactively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills. Sense of humor is essential. What we offer At
