Our mission is to spread the Christian gospel by demonstrating that sound reason and scientific research—including the very latest discoveries—consistently support, rather than erode, confidence in the truth of the Bible and faith in the personal, transcendent God revealed in both Scripture and nature.
We are seeking a full-time, in-office multimedia content creator to create compelling content through engaging video and podcasts. This role will help strengthen our brand identity, drive audience engagement, and expand our reach across multiple digital platforms. These contributions directly support our marketing efforts, boost visibility, and foster a deeper connection with our target audience, ultimately driving growth and success for the organization. Responsibilities/Duties:
Livestream and Event Coverage
- Set up and manage livestreams for virtual and in-person events.
- Operate cameras, microphones, and streaming software (OBS, Streamlabs, StreamYard, etc.).
- Troubleshoot technical issues to ensure smooth broadcasts.
- Work with media production specialist in staging and blocking in-person events.
Video Production and Editing
- Film, edit, and optimize video content for YouTube, reels, shorts, and other platforms, in collaboration with social media coordinator.
- Ensure high production quality, including lighting, sound, staging, and graphics.
- Repurpose long-form video content into shorter, engaging clips for social media.
- Offer direction to in-house and external talent, for best staging and quality.
- Ideate best staging for quality and engagement.
Podcast Production and Editing
- Record, edit, and enhance podcast episodes for clarity, flow, and quality.
- Manage audio mixing, noise reduction, and sound design.
- Assist with podcast distribution and promotion strategies.
Creative Marketing & Content Strategy
- Work closely with social media coordinator, digital marketing manager, publicist, and media production specialist to create compelling content to advance our brand and resources across multiple platforms.
- Work collaboratively with MarComms team to align content with brand goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends to implement new creative approaches.
Media Department Management
- Work with media production specialist to maintain and monitor the equipment in RTB’s recording studio and the conference center, reporting any faulty equipment or needs to supervisor.
- Maintain database of multimedia archives for RTB.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in video production, editing, and podcast editing
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Adobe Audition (or similar tools)
- Knowledge of livestreaming software and technical setups
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement
- Able to work independently and as a team member
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects, Canva, etc.)
- Familiarity with YouTube and podcast SEO strategies
- Background in content strategy or digital marketing
- Experience with Unreal Engine and Photoshop
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana/AirTable
