Pay: $120,000 annually

Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in user experience design, interaction design, or a similar role.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday


Greene Resources is seeking a UX Designer to join a growing and dynamic team!


Job Description:

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to drive informed design decisions.
  • Evolve and maintain a consistent design system across platforms.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data insights.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Prioritize accessibility and user-centered design principles.
  • Simplify user flows, balancing ease of use with handling complex tasks effectively.
  • Communicate design ideas clearly to stakeholders through visuals and storytelling.
  • Lead design thinking workshops to uncover pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate user stories into interactive designs that align with business goals and technical feasibility.
  • Develop prototypes (low- to high-fidelity) to test concepts and gather feedback.


Position Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Knowledge of responsive design and web best practices.
  • Experience designing for SaaS platforms or enterprise applications is a plus.
  • Expertise in user-centered design, including wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Excellent facilitation skills for design thinking workshops and cross-functional discussions.
  • Passion for simplifying complex workflows and creating intuitive user experiences.
  • Ability to balance creativity with practicality and technical constraints.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to communicate and present design concepts effectively.
