The Opportunity:
Brands: Carolina Herrera Fragrance & Beauty, Jean Paul Gaultier, and Rabanne
Coordinate and support the implementation of the digital influencer strategy for Puig USA with the objective of leveraging Puig brand storytelling on the consumer decision journey through social creators. This will help meet the needs and business objectives of the local market, while optimizing our digital communication investments.
Support Influencer Senior Manager with omni channel plans through Paid, Earned and Owned channels across the Prestige portfolio of brands. Assist in and coordinate the execution of plans developed in partnership with the Communications/PR Team, with the goal to engage consumers, drive brand awareness and sales, and achieve objectives for market share, net revenues, and profitability.
What you’ll get to do:
Influencer:
- Bring ideas, new talent faces, and fresh perspectives to the team with the overall goal of contributing to maintaining and increasing conversation and awareness of Puig brands in the USA marketplace through talent relations and social media
- Track talent results on an ongoing basis across micro, mid-tier, macro, and celeb level influencers
- Have a strong understanding of different social platforms, content best practices, and organic/paid rights
- Achieve established KPIs and track learnings for all influencer campaigns leveraging tools at hand (Radarly, Lefty, & Cision)
- Understand and follow brand expectations based on global guidelines & requirements delivering a connection to the USA business
- Work with Global teams on strategy and storytelling across portfolio of brands to assure 360 brand alignment across all activations; Partner with Fashion teams in creating synergies with Beauty & Fragrance
- Establish relationships with top influencer talent and/or industry partners
- Experience in communicating and relationship building both externally and internally
- Manage Lefty campaign set up for all mailers, paid content, and ongoing partners we would like to track
- Handle monthly reporting and campaign/activation reports
- Partner with Senior Manager and Assistant Manager on influencer content briefs, casting, and contracting
- Manage contact lists for managers, talent and agents overall
- Manage product send outs as reactive and add to lists for proactive mailers (leveraging PR warehouse)
- Support the planning and execution of all brand events
- Stay up to date on relevant trends, talent, competitor, and industry happenings
Overall team support:
- Process all POs and invoice reconciliation for respective brands, support Assistant Manager in tracking of overall PR budget tracking by brand
- Administrative team support such as scheduling of calls, saving and organizing important files, managing PR product warehouse inventory and team relationship, maintenance and organization of Puig Office PR closets
- Ownership of team calendar for brand events, fashion week dates, and special talent dates (birthdays, etc.)
- Creation and distribution of monthly PR Team newsletter and regular industry news updates
We’d love to meet you if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 1+ Years (or internship equivalent) Influencer and/or PR experience (Beauty and/or fashion experience preferred)
- Experience utilizing an influencer or social tracking platform for reporting and analyzing results
- Demonstrated track record for executing 360 plans across different media channels
- Strong understanding of media data/research sources
- Track record of building brand awareness with an eye for message, content, and stories
- Experience and a proven track record of working on the execution of digital communication strategies and tracking ROI analysis as a result
- Must have a good handle on current trending influencers and pop culture
- Understanding of the Digital Media landscape, KPIs and leading digital partners
- Strong verbal skills. Innovative thinker and interested in first to market
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel
- Creative problem solver, thrive in fast paced environment, prioritize tasks on multiple projects at once
- Attention to detail and work well with cross functional teams
- Positive attitude and demonstrates a high level of maturity and presence
Compensation:
As required by New York State’s salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $65,000.00 - $70,000.00. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
