We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing and executing marketing strategies, with a focus on digital channels, content creation, and campaign analytics. As a key member of our marketing team, you will support the development of innovative marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

In this role you will:

  • Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and other channels.
  • Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content for websites, blogs, newsletters, social media platforms, and promotional materials.
  • Email Marketing: Assist in the creation, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, performance tracking, and reporting to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activity to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Performance Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights to improve future marketing efforts.
  • Brand Support: Help maintain consistent messaging across all marketing materials to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, design, product) to support marketing initiatives and ensure cohesion across channels.
  • Event Support: Assist in planning and executing events or trade shows, including logistics, promotions, and attendee engagement.
To join us, you should have:
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and content management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Life Sciences R&D and/or Pharmaceuticals
  • Experience with video content creation or editing.
  • Prior internship experience in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
