Job Description

  • Advocate for user-centered design principles to create experiences that address user needs while aligning with business objectives.
  • Partner closely with product managers, engineers, technology leads, and fellow designers to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end solutions.
  • Drive rapid ideation and iteration by visualizing and effectively communicating ideas to the team in a timely manner.
  • Promote collaboration through workshops, discussions, and feedback exchange with both designers and cross-functional team members.
  • Utilize the design system to create consistent, scalable experiences across the organization's product suite.
  • Occasionally develop presentations to share ideas and updates across teams within the organization.

The Successful Applicant

  • Possess 7+ years of professional design experience in product-related or agency environments, specializing in consumer-facing applications, websites, and mobile experiences, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing clear contributions and roles.
  • Proficient in creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, interaction design, and visual design, with attention to detail through annotations, functional specifications, and prototypes.
  • Experienced in conducting user research and testing to uncover user needs, behaviors, and emotions, and iterating designs based on feedback, user testing results, and business goals.
  • Skilled in collaborating with development teams to ensure high-quality, pixel-perfect implementation and maintaining design standards throughout the QA process.
  • Familiar with design systems and best practices, able to articulate design decisions, present scenarios and storyboards effectively, and provide diverse perspectives on specific design challenges.
