Qualified Candidates must be rising juniors, seniors, or 2025 graduates of an accredited college or university within the past 12 months. You must be legally authorized to work in the US. Candidates must be able to work either June 2nd to August 8th or June 23rd to August 29th. For Summer 2025, our program will be hybrid from our downtown San Francisco office. Interns will come into the San Francisco office weekly on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday and work from home every Monday and Friday.

Throughout your internship, you will take on a key project that you'll present to the Director of Fenty Visual Merchandising at the conclusion of your internship. This role is vital in shaping our visual strategy and will provide valuable experience in the field of visual merchandising.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with global brand management teams and retail partners.
- Develop fixture concept designs based on creative briefs.
- Maintain files, records, and detailed data for the department.
- Participate in weekly vendor calls and brand meetings.
- Review graphic overviews and instruction sheets for quality assurance.
REQUIREMENTS
- Seeking rising juniors, seniors, or members of the class of 2025, preferably majoring in visual communications, fashion merchandising or design, or retail management.
- Should possess creative thinking skills, be resolution-oriented, and have a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong computer skills are required, with experience in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office programs. Experience with SketchUp or CAD programs is a plus, but not required.
- Must have a flexible and positive attitude; able to work both independently and within teams.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking, hands-on environment.
