Develop and implement sophisticated sales strategies that drive market share and elevate the brand to new heights. Cultivate Prestigious Partnerships:

Engage with top-tier clients, luxury brands, and high-profile event planners to create exclusive collaborations. Lead with Influence:

Inspire and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, passion, and results-driven performance. Own the Guest Journey:

Align sales initiatives with our signature guest experience—seamless, personalized, and deeply indulgent. Data-Driven Mastery:

Leverage market insights, revenue forecasting, and trend analysis to stay ahead of the competition.

What you bring to the table... A track record of

exceptional

sales performance in the luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or ultra-high-end retail sectors. A leadership presence that inspires confidence , combining

refinement, influence, and authenticity . Deep connections within the

luxury travel, entertainment, corporation, and VIP

markets. Experience in

negotiating high-value contracts

and developing revenue-driving programs An intuitive understanding of the luxury market , with the ability to tailor offerings to an elite clientele.

Experience & Education: 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in luxury/lifestyle hotels 4-year degree in hospitality management or sales preferred, or equivalent experience and education
