We are currently offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative -Producer Services. As part of our team, you will be tasked with providing superior customer support in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries through inbound and outbound calls and emails, maintaining customer records and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences via incoming telephone calls and emails.
• Resolve customer inquiries by navigating multiple systems and applications to research and analyze requests.
• Maintain performance and quality standards to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with team members and business partners to meet customer needs.
• Handle special requests and complete additional tasks as needed.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Learn the basic concepts of personal insurance principles and the products we offer.
• Assume ownership and demonstrate timeliness in handling customer requests in an accurate and detail oriented manner.
• Build rapport with customers and respond to their needs in a compassionate, respectful, accurate, and timely manner.
• Analyze information to make appropriate decisions and solve problems.• Strong customer service skills are required
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary
• Operational and research skills are needed
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls is beneficial
• Knowledge of insurance principles and practices is advantageous
• Familiarity with the 'About Time' software is desirable
• Previous experience in revenue accounting is beneficial
• Ability to perform ad hoc financial tasks is required
• Experience in claim administration is important
• Knowledge of property insurance is a plus
• Collaboration skills are key for team-based projects
• Basic computer skills are necessary
• The role may require onsite visits
• Strong decision-making skills are needed
• Experience in underwriting is beneficial
