We are seeking a performance marketer to join our team as a Growth Marketing Associate/Sr. Associate in our New York City office

About the role:

The Associate/Sr. Associate on our Growth Marketing team with a focus on Paid Search and Display channels. In this role, you will be responsible for managing global campaigns across all aforementioned channels, leading efforts in ad execution, optimization and end-to-end reporting. You will also play a key role in developing and managing an ongoing testing roadmap, and will partner closely with counterparts across Creative, Product, and Analytics along the way.

This role is an exciting opportunity to leverage a broad range of paid media channels to reach people interested in pursuing their language learning journey. The right candidate is an ambitious self-starter, extremely team-oriented and has a passion for digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute performance marketing strategies to acquire new customers across paid search and display channels, globally

  • Lead all ad trafficking efforts and support weekly channel optimizations and budget allocation

  • Compile ongoing performance reporting across all channels and develop data-driven insights

  • Partner with channel managers to develop and maintain roadmap of ongoing experiments

  • Assist in developing and maintaining creative and content calendar

  • Create relationships with platform reps, third party agencies, ad networks, other service providers and vendors

  • Provide project management support to ensure deadlines are met

  • Stay up-to-date on best practices for current acquisition channels and proactively recommend new tactics based on industry trends

Key Job Requirements Are:

  • Direct experience managing paid search and display campaigns

  • Hands-on keyboard executional experience in Google is a must

  • Experience analyzing large volumes of data

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), Tableau, Google Analytics, PowerPoint / Google Slides, and project management tools.

  • Must be detail oriented, organized and an efficient time manager, with a proven track record of project managing multiple projects at the same time

  • Highly adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

  • Excellent at managing multiple projects at once and executing quickly.

  • A go-getter with excellent communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented.

  • Collaborative, but also comfortable working independently.
