Reporting to the Vice President – Marketing & Technology, the Director – Marketing & Engagement will: Lead & Scale a High-Impact Team – Build and empower a results-driven marketing team that aligns with Dairy West’s mission, values and culture. Develop & Execute Omnichannel Marketing Strategies – Oversee integrated marketing campaigns spanning digital, social, paid media, PR, email, partnerships and offline activations. Leverage Data & Insights – Implement advanced analytics, performance metrics and marketing measurement methodologies to drive strategic decision-making. Modernize Marketing Technology – Enhance Dairy West’s CRM, media strategy, audience segmentation and marketing automation capabilities. Drive Growth & Demand – Develop and execute B2C and B2B2C marketing strategies to increase engagement, brand affinity and dairy consumption. Manage PR & Communications – Elevate brand visibility, thought leadership and reputation management through strategic communication efforts. Optimize Budgets & Resources – Manage marketing investments to ensure efficiency and impact, balancing strategic spending, internal expertise and external partnerships. Are data-driven, thrive on performance metrics and make decisions based on insights. Love building, scaling and leading high-impact teams. Have a bachelor’s degree + 7 years of experience (or H.S. diploma + 15 years in a related field).
