Who You Are You have a strong background in email and lifecycle marketing, having built and managed marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email and SMS a must, push is a plus) and audiences (experience in B2B2C a strong plus). You’re excited to push up your sleeves and write copy, build campaigns, and analyze results across audiences and segments. You’re experienced in managing multiple projects and deadlines at once and pride yourself on your attention to detail. You have strong written and verbal communication skills and are able to proactively and effectively manage stakeholder relationships and expectations across multiple projects. This position will report to the Vice President of Marketing and will be based out of our San Francisco office on a hybrid-remote schedule. What You’ll Do Here Improve activation, onboarding, and retention of our loan officers and real estate agents through engagement channels, including email, push, and in-app messaging Draft copy, build campaigns, and manage production for one-off, recurring, and triggered campaigns across all channels. End-to-end management of seasonal calendar of engagement marketing campaigns from inception to execution Report on regular performance of seasonal campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization What You Bring 2-3+ years experience in engagement, lifecycle, and/or CRM marketing Experience using engagement marketing platforms to improve activation, onboarding, and retention of customers (Iterable, SendGrid, etc.) Strong copywriting skills and excellent creativity Experience with A/B and multivariate testing Strong analytical skills and a data-focused mentality An understanding of customer segmentation techniques and best practices Extremely organized with strong project management skills, allowing you to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines, stakeholders, and priorities Proven success with optimizing lifecycle marketing campaigns Benefits and Perks
