With distribution in over 20 countries, we continue to grow our presence through strategic wholesale partnerships and innovative marketing. Objective: We seek a dynamic and strategic Wholesale & Marketing Manager to oversee and drive our wholesale business while ensuring seamless collaboration with our multi-brand showroom partners and key retail accounts. This role requires a blend of analytical, relationship-building, and marketing expertise to optimize showroom performance, strengthen retail partnerships, and execute sales-driven marketing initiatives. Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned) Wholesale Strategy & Showroom Management: Be the primary point of contact between Xirena and our showrooms. Develop and implement the wholesale strategy, aligning with overall brand objectives. Analyze sales performances at store and product levels and strategize accordingly to provide feedback to the sales and design teams. Establish sales goals, incentives, and performance metrics for our showrooms/agents. Monitor sell-through, inventory levels, and market trends to optimize business growth on some key retailers / Majors. Lead seasonal market planning, including sales campaigns and showroom presentations. Marketing & Retail Activation: Establish and nurture direct relationships with key retailers to enhance brand visibility. Develop and execute special retail initiatives, including in-store displays, shop-in-shop partnerships, GWP’s, and marketing events. Ensure showroom sales teams and retail partners are equipped with brand education, marketing tools, and promotional assets. Collaborate with internal marketing and creative teams to develop wholesale-specific campaigns and digital partnerships. Qualifications & Skills: 5+ years of experience in wholesale management, showroom relations, or sales within the fashion industry. Strong strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset. Excellent relationship management and communication skills. Understanding of marketing strategies and retail activation initiatives. Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into action. Experience working with global markets is a plus.
