Market Research & Consumer Insights: - Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, competitor activities, and emerging industry developments in the kids' tech space. - Leverage consumer insights to inform the brand’s product offerings and marketing initiatives. - Collaborate with product development teams to provide customer-driven insights that guide product features and innovation. Campaign Management: - Draft the planning, execution, and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, and traditional media. - Develop creative briefs and collaborate with agencies, designers, and other internal teams to create engaging, kid-friendly content that appeals to both parents and children. - Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand goals and reflect the brand's core values, while driving engagement and sales growth. Digital Marketing Leadership: - Lead the development of digital marketing strategies across social media platforms, websites, apps, and influencer partnerships. - Drive customer acquisition and retention through targeted online advertising (PPC, display ads), email marketing, content marketing, and social media engagement. - Stay on top of emerging digital marketing trends, especially within the kids' technology and wearable sectors. Partnerships & Collaborations: - Identify and foster strategic partnerships with key players in the kids' tech, parenting, and entertainment industries. - Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and other partners to amplify brand visibility, particularly in communities that cater to parents and young families. - Explore co-branding opportunities with trusted brands to extend Seekbot's reach and credibility. Customer Experience & Advocacy: - Ensure a seamless and positive customer journey across all touchpoints, from discovery to purchase and after-sales service. - Champion customer satisfaction initiatives, collect feedback, and implement improvements to enhance the Seekbot brand experience. - Build and nurture a community of brand advocates, parents, and tech-savvy families who are excited to share their experiences with Seekbot. Team Leadership & Collaboration: - Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and creative environment. - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and success. - Set clear performance metrics and OKRs, and track progress regularly to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Budget Management: - Oversee the brand marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI. - Track spending, optimize expenditures. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the wearable tech or kids’ consumer goods industry. - Strong background in leading marketing teams, managing large-scale campaigns, and driving brand growth. - Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media, influencer marketing, SEO, PPC, and email marketing. - Exceptional creativity with a deep understanding of how to engage both parents and children in the tech space. - Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and optimize campaigns for better performance. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Family-oriented father or mother is a plus. Preferred Skills: - Experience in the wearable tech or consumer electronics industry. - Familiarity with regulatory considerations and safety concerns surrounding kids' products. - A passion for technology and innovation, especially in the kids' wearable market.
