This role focuses on developing and executing SEM and App campaign strategies (including Google App Campaigns and Apple Search Ads), primarily emphasizing bidding optimization to drive performance at scale for Uber's global lines of business. Responsibilities: Designing and refining advanced bidding strategies Monitoring and adjusting campaigns based on performance data Experimenting with innovative bidding solutions to achieve goals like ROI, CPA, and growth metrics Collaborating with marketing managers and cross-functional teams to align on strategies and deliver actionable insights REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience At least 3-5 years of experience on SEM and/or other paid channels in a fast-paced, high-growth environment An understanding of web and app media buying, tracking, and attribution Experience using Excel or SQL Excellent analytical skills a must Strong communication skills and ability to convey the why and how behind the what The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note:

The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
