A/V Account Manager
GavinHeath is partnering with a client in Lone Tree, CO looking to add a A/V Account Manager to their team. The role is a full-time position.

Responsibilities :
- Identify and target potential clients in commercial and residential sectors.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and outreach.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored AV solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through ongoing support and follow-ups.
- Present and demonstrate AV technology solutions to clients.
- Develop proposals and quotes based on customer requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.
- Work closely with design, engineering, and installation teams to ensure project feasibility and execution.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Track sales activities using CRM tools and report progress to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies.
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in AV, technology integration, or a related field.
- Understanding of AV systems, smart home automation, conferencing solutions, and related technology is a plus.
- Strong ability to present, negotiate, and build relationships with clients.
- Ability to assess client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- History of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Experience using CRM software to track sales activities and manage pipelines.
- Ability to work independently and proactively pursue new business.
- Ability to handle objections and find creative solutions for clients.
- Works well with technical teams, project managers, and vendors to deliver solutions.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and trade shows.
