We are seeking a dynamic and organized Contact Manager/Marketer to join our team on a part-time basis to help us expand our reach and nurture client relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and organize client contact lists to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to generate leads and promote insurance products
Follow up with prospective clients via phone, email, and social media
Assist in creating marketing materials such as newsletters, social media posts, and email campaigns
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention
Analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize future strategies
Qualifications: Previous experience in marketing, contact management, or a related field is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of insurance products is a plus but not mandatory
Working Hours: Part-time, flexible schedule
