We are seeking a dynamic and organized Contact Manager/Marketer to join our team on a part-time basis to help us expand our reach and nurture client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize client contact lists to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to generate leads and promote insurance products
- Follow up with prospective clients via phone, email, and social media
- Assist in creating marketing materials such as newsletters, social media posts, and email campaigns
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention
- Analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize future strategies
- Previous experience in marketing, contact management, or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of insurance products is a plus but not mandatory
- Part-time, flexible schedule
