Position Overview
The Executive Producer will lead the development and execution of Evernest’s multimedia content strategy. This role will focus on growing the brand through engaging storytelling across podcasting, YouTube, social media, email newsletters, and live events. You will take ownership of all content production and ensure consistent growth in audience engagement. Responsibilities
Develop and implement content strategies for podcasts, YouTube, and additional platforms. Drive audience growth through innovative storytelling and strategic campaigns. Create and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of content. Collaborate with marketing and sales to align content goals with broader company objectives. Track performance metrics and refine strategies to meet KPIs. Lead the creation of high-quality content across all platforms. Foster relationships with guests, contributors, and key partners to enhance content quality. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in multimedia storytelling. Oversee live event content and production, ensuring alignment with the Evernest brand. Requirements
5+ years of experience in podcast and video production (Required). Experience in the real estate or real estate investment industry (Preferred). Strong organizational and project management skills (Required). Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution (Required). Proven track record of growing audiences and meeting engagement KPIs (Required). Core Values
