Schroeder Truck Repair and Schroeder Truck Sales are trusted leaders in truck maintenance, repair, and sales. As we expand operations and grow revenue, we are seeking a Fractional Marketing Director to lead high-level strategy, branding, and lead generation efforts across both our service and sales divisions.

Goal: Increase brand awareness, generate service leads, and drive truck sales growth through strategic marketing.

Position Summary

The Fractional Marketing Director will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing high-level marketing strategies for both Schroeder Truck Repair and Schroeder Truck Sales. This role will focus on branding, digital marketing, lead generation, and customer engagement, working closely with internal teams and external vendors.

This is a strategic leadership role, ideal for a seasoned marketing professional looking to drive impactful results on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing Strategy & Branding

Develop and oversee a unified marketing strategy for Schroeder Truck Repair & Truck Sales. Define brand positioning, messaging, and differentiation in the market. Create marketing roadmaps to align with business goals. 2. Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition

Develop campaigns to drive service appointments & truck sales leads. Oversee SEO, Google Ads, and paid media efforts to increase online visibility. Optimize lead conversion strategies across web, social, and email channels. 3. Digital & Content Marketing

Supervise website updates, landing pages, and conversion tracking. Direct content strategy including blogs, social media, and video marketing. Develop email marketing campaigns for customer retention and new leads. 4. Advertising & Outreach

Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid campaigns for both divisions. Develop local and national marketing partnerships to increase brand awareness. Optimize trade show and industry event participation. 5. Performance Tracking & Reporting

Define KPIs and success metrics for all marketing efforts. Provide monthly marketing performance reports with actionable insights. Make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.

Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of marketing leadership experience (preferably in automotive, trucking, or B2B industries). Proven track record in lead generation, digital marketing, and branding. Experience with SEO, paid ads, CRM systems, and analytics platforms. Strong ability to develop and execute high-level marketing strategies. Ability to work independently and in collaboration with leadership teams. Excellent project management and budget management skills.

Compensation & Engagement Structure

$3,500 - $6,500 per month (DOE) 10-20 hours per week (Flexible Schedule) 3-6 month contract with potential for renewal Performance-based bonuses available
