VP of Marketing ! This role will lead and oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Pediatrics Plus's objectives. They will drive brand awareness and customer engagement while managing a team of marketing professionals. The VP of Marketing will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and deliver measurable results that contribute to business growth

Develop and implement Pediatrics Plus's marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. Define and track KPIs to measure the success of marketing initiatives and campaigns. Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and other platforms. Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing direction, support, and professional development. Foster a creative, collaborative environment that encourages innovative thinking and cross-team collaboration. Oversee the development and maintenance of Pediatrics Plus's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms. Manage messaging and positioning in the market to strengthen brand presence. Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences. Provide insights based on data to adjust and refine marketing strategies. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI. Prioritize marketing initiatives based on business goals and available resources. Work closely with all site locations to ensure alignment in messaging and strategy. Drive digital presence, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, continuously bringing innovative marketing approaches. Build and maintain strong relationships with key external partners, agencies, and vendors to maximize marketing ROI. Serve as a spokesperson for the company, handling media inquiries and interviews. Oversee the creation of press releases, media kits, and other PR collateral. Plan and manage corporate events, sponsorships, and speaking engagements to raise brand visibility. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, required. 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
