Key Responsibilities

Maintain and track project schedules to ensure timely production and shipping. Verify and confirm bills of materials before shipment. Coordinate with project managers and production teams to align activities. Monitor production progress and identify potential delays, implementing corrective actions as needed. Ensure project-related information is accurate and accessible to relevant teams. Assist in developing and adjusting work plans to meet project goals. Perform risk analysis and create mitigation strategies for potential delays. Prepare and present regular project status reports. Collaborate with manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials. Support the resolution of production, shipping, or installation issues. Basic Qualifications

Experience in production scheduling or related fields. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with accuracy in scheduling and documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and in team environments. Strong problem-solving skills and proactive issue resolution. Understanding of manufacturing and logistics processes. Valid driver's license for travel purposes. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in management, engineering, or business-related fields. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project). ERP system experience (LN preferred). Essential Functions
