Job Summary: IMMOTION, the global leader in location-based VR edutainment, is seeking a Marketing Manager with expertise in the attraction or related space. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive growth and uptake of our exhibits at partner sites and will lead marketing efforts of the corporate brand. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced environment and a deep understanding of marketing strategies and tactics in attractions and location-based entertainment. Key Responsibilities: • Work with an experienced in-house creative team (graphic design, video editing) to manage the creation of promotional artwork, copy, collateral, promotional trailers, and social media assets. • Manage creation and roll out of marketing campaigns and assets for new experiences. • Work with our Partner Success team to deploy effective on-site collateral and support materials, pulling from our library of assets and materials. • Liaison with partners to plan effective deployment of marketing assets. • Effective and highly organized planning of asset creation and deployment. Traffic control through all stages of delivery. • Work with executive management to understand the existing market positioning of IMMOTION and maintain strategic marketing plans to optimize brand awareness. • Manage and optimize IMMOTION’s website to ensure it effectively communicates the brand value proposition and drives engagement. • Manage social media and PR efforts. Some press release writing required. • Ad agency account management. • Manage submissions for film competitions and awards. • Manage the marketing budget and ensure that all marketing efforts are delivered on time and within budget. Requirements: • 3 years of marketing experience in attractions, entertainment or another related field. • Demonstrated success in managing a creative team. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and measure campaign effectiveness and assess the performance of all channels. • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Strong people skills, with the ability to partner and cooperate with clients and teammates, building teams and motivating others.
