Manage all files associated with created graphics both locally and over a network. **THE GAME PLAN**Everyone on our team has a part to play* Design 2D and 3D and animate insert graphics, show graphics, titles graphics, on-air promotion spots, features, and live program segments using industry-standard Adobe suite and Cinema 4D. * Create graphic content for a variety of shows and clients. * Composite animated segments, live video, and graphic elements using Adobe After Effects software. * Work closely with Creative Director, Production, Developers, Editors, and Graphics Operators.* Collaborate with Senior Motion Artists to ensure brand consistency and assist in projects. * Collaborate with Senior Art Director to develop and identify new ideas and techniques. * Maintain effective file structures that can be referenced easily during and after projects. * Execute projects from concept to delivery while managing data and assets. * Assist in enforcing and developing workflows, managing assets, naming conventions and documentation. * Ability to balance multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. * Create and maintain design assets using Illustrator and Photoshop with clean structure and naming convention. * Additional responsibilities as assigned or requested. **THE STATS**What we're looking for in our next teammate* 2+ years of live broadcast graphic design experience at a national television network, film or advertisement agency as a 3D/CG Generalist. * 2+ years of experience with motion graphics for broadcast, film or creative agency. * 2+ years of experience working with Cinema 4D or Maya and Redshift or Vray render engine. * High level understanding of the fundamentals of animation in 2D and 3D. * High level understanding of design and timing. * High level knowledge of Adobe software such Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. * Intermediate experience using PC and Mac computer networks and file structures. * Hands-on and/or working knowledge of systems/equipment used in functions identified above, including analog/digital video/audio signals and monitoring equipment. * Ability to work well in a broadcast team environment, including talent, producers, and directors, under strict time deadlines. * Strong attention to detail and understanding of typography, composition and color theory. * Strong understanding of seamless integration using keying, tracking, rotoscoping and other compositing methods. * Portfolio or Demo reel showcasing work is required. * Ability to work a flexible schedule consisting of weekends and holidays. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.
