Overview of Role

Reporting to the Merchandise and Creative Project Manager, this role will be a member of the Global Marketing team and support key marketing tasks and BOA Gear programs—helping the team operate with purpose and excellence. This role will elevate BOA’s brand by assisting the rest of the marketing team on key tasks for a variety of marketing and gear projects. This is an exciting role that will provide experience in creative marketing execution, development of company gear, project coordination, vendor relations, as well as gain exposure to a global marketing environment. The job of the Global Marketing team is to inspire and enable peak performance within the organization and across BOA’s marketing initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in helping the team effectively execute on its goals and grow the BOA brand.


Core Responsibilities

  • Reflect and role model BOA’s vision, values and Leadership Model and demonstrate passion for our mission across the Global Marketing team and rest of the organization
  • Supporting in the delivery of creative marketing solutions across a variety of channels and mediums
  • Support the development and execution of the BOA Gear program through close work with the Merchandise and Creative Project Manager. This will include inventory and budget management, vendor communication, and order fulfillment
  • Support the creation and execution of BOA’s physical POP/POS tools, event displays, and building environment assets
  • Establish and maintain relationships with BOA’s facilities team and external vendors
  • Coordinate, plan and staff internal and external company events that align with BOA’s greater brand strategy and plan
  • Work with Creative Project Manager and the Creative team within Global Marketing to maintain internal branding, including artwork, product displays, signage and more
  • Support Creative Project Manager with project coordination, including but not limited to tracking project lists, schedules, and creative team workloads
  • Facilitate the project management of translations helping to guide the Global translation process for EMEA and APAC teams on a project-by-project basis
  • Manage BOA-powered product lists with Regional Marketing stakeholders to prep for quarterly studio photoshoots
  • Support the global team in executing department initiatives and advancing the Global Marketing strategy

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in PR, Marketing, Merchandising, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Desire to use your organized approach to maintain our fast pace and manage multiple deadlines
  • A natural curiosity to learn about our products, capabilities and markets
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse groups of people across the globe

Desired Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience in retail, apparel development, or marketing
  • 1+ years experience working under brand guidelines
  • Interest in merchandising, purchasing, or vendor management
  • An eye for consistency in design and editorial that can be applied to layouts and presentations

Overview of Compensation and Benefits

  • Budgeted salary range: $55,000 - $65,000
    • We will determine salary based on skills and experience in relation to the function of the role, as well as equity to any other employees with similar experience in the same or similar role
    • This role is also eligible for a 10% annual bonus
