Job Type: Regular, Full-Time
Compensation: $22 - $25 per hour, based on relevant experience
This position is open to remote work. Candidates must be located within the United States.

JOB SUMMARY: Eocene Environmental Group, Inc. seeks a qualified, experienced Technical Editor for copy editing, proofreading, and formatting environmental resource reports, proposals, and other documents.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job functions:
- Copy edit, proofread, and format environmental resource reports, proposals, and other internal documents
- Help to create marketing materials such as one-sheets and Statements of Qualifications
- Manage regular resume and experience matrix updates
- Assist with proposal coordination and other marketing tasks
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings
- Support, actively participate, and act in accordance with Wright’s and Eocene Environmental Group's culture of safety and employee ownership
- Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintains knowledge of and follows all company policies and procedures

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in English or other language or communication-oriented focus
- Previous editing experience
- 1 year of applicable work experience
- Experience with the latest versions of Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite products
- Fluent in English with an exceptional understanding of grammar
- Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with employees and vendors
