• Own Top-of-Funnel Growth: Drive lead generation through LinkedIn outreach, cold email, paid ads, and any other channel that gets results.
• Relentless Experimentation: Test every channel, creative, and strategy. If it doesn’t work, pivot immediately—no wasted time.
• Hands-On Execution: You’re not delegating—you’re setting up, launching, and optimizing campaigns yourself. Daily.
• Cold Outreach Mastery: Execute LinkedIn campaigns, craft targeted email sequences, and personalize outreach at scale.
• Optimize Everything: From CPC to response rates, every metric is your responsibility. Tweak and refine constantly.
• Tech-Savvy Hustler: Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Ads, Meta, Zapier, and any other hack to drive leads faster.
