What You Will Do: We are looking for a creative and organized YouTube Manager/Producer to help us grow our English-language channel from scratch by creating and promoting content that inspires and engages our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a YouTube content strategy aligned with brand goals.
  2. Oversee video projects from concept to publication.
  3. Assign tasks to the team (editors, scriptwriters, designers) and ensure quality execution.
  4. Optimize videos for SEO to maximize reach (titles, descriptions, tags).
  5. Analyze YouTube metrics and prepare performance reports.
  6. Engage with the audience by responding to comments and participating in discussions.
  7. Research trends and implement new video formats appealing to our target audience.

Who We Are Looking For:

  1. At least one year of experience managing YouTube channels.
  2. Proficiency in YouTube Analytics, trends, and promotion strategies.
  3. Content planning and project management skills.
  4. Creative mindset and understanding of audience needs.
  5. Ability to work remotely, stay self-motivated, and meet deadlines.
  6. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (B2 or higher).
  7. Experience with fitness or health-related brands is a plus.
