Responsibilities

• Work on multiple workstreams, supporting the video production team prioritize requests, timelines, and schedules.
• Support with pre-production logistics like location scouting, equipment sourcing, schedule coordination, and vendor onboarding.
• Ensure deliverables are meeting expectations, including adherence to established timelines and budgets.
• Uphold standards and best practices methods.
• Collect and synthesize input from stakeholders and share out to the production team.
• Communicate to the team project status, flagging and troubleshooting potential issues.
• Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders and senior management.
• Remove roadblocks, disambiguate situations that impede stakeholders
