Russell Tobin's client, a global leader in the eyewear industry, is hiring a CRM Marketing Manager at New York, NY 10018 (Hybrid)


Position Title: CRM Marketing Manager

Location: New York, NY 10018 (Hybrid)

Duration: 03+ Months with the possibility of extension

Pay Rate: $37.28 - $39.28 per hour

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


Job Description

The CRM Marketing Manager will lead the strategic development and execution of customer relationship management (CRM) and loyalty marketing initiatives. This role involves managing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that CRM efforts align with business goals to enhance customer engagement and retention.


Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Strategic CRM Development: Design and implement customer-centric CRM and loyalty programs, ensuring they meet business objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee 1:1 one many marketing campaigns, from planning to creative development, production, and performance analysis across channels such as email and SMS.
  • CRM Calendar Management: Coordinate with internal and global teams to maintain a unified CRM campaign calendar.
  • Marketing Communication Plans: Develop and execute marketing communications plans based on brand strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work with global CRM teams, eCommerce teams, and agencies to optimize customer journeys and engagement programs.
  • Performance Analysis: Review campaign results against projections, adjusting strategies to improve performance.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Drive customer loyalty by enhancing communication touchpoints and targeting relevant offers.
  • Technology Integration: Collaborate with IT and customer intelligence teams to optimize the use of marketing technologies.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing, with expertise in CRM, loyalty programs, and campaign management.


Skills:

  • Strong knowledge in developing and executing consumer-centric initiatives and marketing communications.
  • Ability to collaborate in a matrix organization and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Proficient in project management with a focus on results.
  • Strong analytic skills to integrate consumer research and data into marketing plans.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Oracle Responsys or IBM Unica is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in eCommerce, optical, or retail industries.
  • Consulting background or experience with loyalty program development.
