What's the job?

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead key marketing initiatives, drive brand awareness, and generate demand through strategic campaigns, event marketing, and compelling content. If you're a hands-on, high-energy marketer with experience in event planning, campaign execution, content creation, and vendor management-and you thrive in fast-paced environments-we'd love to hear from you!

Event Management
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person and virtual industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Represent the company with enthusiasm and professionalism at events, engaging with prospects, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Develop event strategies to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Manage logistics, sponsorships, speaker engagements, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Track and analyze event ROI, optimizing for future events.
Campaign Management
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital, social, and paid media) to generate demand and nurture leads.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance, optimize based on data-driven insights, and report key metrics.
Content Creation & Brand Messaging
  • Develop and manage content marketing efforts, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Create engaging email campaigns, landing pages, and digital ad copy.
  • Oversee the production of marketing videos, graphics, and other visual content.
  • Work with designers, videographers, and writers to maintain brand consistency and high-quality content output.
  • Optimize content for SEO and lead generation.
Marketing Program & Vendor Management
  • Manage relationships with marketing vendors, agencies, and contractors to execute campaigns, events, and creative projects.
  • Oversee budget allocation for marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
Other
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and storytelling.
  • Support broader marketing initiatives as needed.
Requirements

What are we looking for?
  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or real estate tech.
  • Proven experience in event planning, campaign execution, and content creation.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling marketing materials.
  • Proficiency in content marketing, email marketing, and social media strategy.
  • Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing (preferred but not required).
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign and content performance.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • High Energy & Enthusiasm - You bring excitement and passion to your work, inspiring those around you.
  • Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills - You can confidently represent the company at events, meetings, and in written content.
  • Adaptability & Problem-Solving - You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry and find creative solutions to challenges.
  • Strong Collaboration & Relationship Building - You work well with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners.
  • Detail-Oriented & Organized - You can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality.
