Primary Responsibilities:Content Creation: Produce compelling and creative marketing content across various platforms, resonating with Aqua-Tots' unique brand identity.Copywriting Mastery: Write captivating copy that reflects the brand voice and appeals to our target audiences.Collaborative Partnership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to the development and execution of marketing initiatives.Social Media Management:Manage and nurture our social community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, messages, and reviews.Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of marketing trends, using insights to uncover opportunities for brand engagement and participation in cultural moments.Digital Signage Management: Ensure the captivating and accurate representation of Aqua-Tots' information and events across our nine schools by managing and updating content on the"Directables" slides displayed on digital screens, fostering a vibrant sense of community.Qualifications:Experience in Social Media & Content Creation, with 1-2+ years of hands-on experience managing multiple marketing platforms.Creativity and Communication: Excellent writing, storytelling, content creation, and communication skills.Collaborative Spirit: Enthusiastic about collaborating with various stakeholders inside and outside the organization.Results-Oriented: Proven track record of defining and executing campaign strategies that deliver against defined metrics and KPIs.Innovation: Drive to be an innovative thinker and team player with a growth mindset.Adaptability: Ability to flex between analytical, technical, and creative skill sets to drive marketing programs.
