Are you passionate about digital advertising, have an eye for design, and thrive in managing campaigns across multiple platforms? Integro is looking for a detail-oriented Paid Media Specialist to join our team. You’ll take full ownership of designing, managing, and optimizing campaigns across digital advertising platforms, ensuring they drive results that bring our client's brands to life!


Responsibilities


Digital Ads:


  • Design engaging and effective ad creatives, ensuring they meet platform-specific guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
  • Create and set up ad accounts for clients new to the digital advertising space.
  • Implement accurate conversion tracking in order to give clients measurable results.
  • Communicate closely with clients to ensure that the campaign objectives and results are consistent with the client's expectations.
  • Execute Campaign Implementation and Optimization.
  • Accurately manage large-scale paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, and others.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad creatives, messaging, and targeting to improve campaign performance.
  • Responsible for managing ad spend budgets ranging from $1,000 to $25,000 per month across multiple campaigns.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of advertising campaigns, ensuring they are running smoothly and according to plan.
  • Analyze and optimize campaigns to increase client ROI.
  • Generate reports on the performance of advertising campaigns for different clients, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new features on advertising platforms, and emerging technologies that can enhance campaign strategies and ad design.
  • Maintain industry-standard performance metrics, consistently delivering results in line with expectations. Exceeding these standards is the goal.


Other:


  • Assist with creating and designing various marketing materials, including print ads, digital graphics, etc.
  • Work closely with the client’s Marketing Coordinator to create a synergy between the various marketing efforts

Experience & Skills


  • Certifications in Google Ads and Meta advertising platforms or proven experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms. (Required)
  • Technical expertise with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Meta Pixels, Meta Business Suite, and Meta’s Analytics in order to provide accurate conversion tracking and effective optimizations.
  • Ability to perform keyword research for Google Search campaigns that accurately targets ideal customers.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Ability to create captivating copy and messaging that aligns with the business’s brand and objectives.
  • Design experience is required. Ideal candidates have the ability to use brand guidelines or previously designed assets to create branded ads.
  • Photo editing and design experience with vector and raster images, including retouching.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Ability to communicate with the client and create a successful digital ads strategy.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Common sense understanding of the “ideal customer” for working closely with clients to create compelling and successful ad creatives, messaging, and keywords.
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of business terminology and the ability to apply this knowledge in marketing and advertising strategies
  • Experience in the Construction industry is a plus


Note: This position is not focused on organic social media management (creating posts, engagement). Experience with paid media management is required.
