Description

We're looking for a passionate, experienced, and highly organized individual with a love for fitness and driving sales to join our team and help our DC-based studio thrive. This role is a part-time, commissioned position, with potential for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

•Support the management team in day-to-day operational responsibilities to run the studio efficiently
•Assist in overseeing the sales process and systems within the studio
•Responsible for driving and retaining daily membership sales and personally delivering performance metrics (KPIs)
•Actively pursue enrollment of new members by establishing and maintaining leads from outside sources, tabling events, and outreach to local businesses
•Generate prospects with area businesses for corporate accounts
•Tour potential new members through the studios and sell memberships
•Identifying cross-marketing sales opportunities
•Contact prospects/leads to follow up or invite them to class
•Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service
•Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained, and operationally sound

Qualifications

•Proven track record of driving sales and leading teams
•Demonstrated success in fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred
•Capable of overseeing multiple revenue streams including memberships, personal training, and retail
•Enthusiastic about engaging with the community through partnerships and events
•Strong ethics, integrity, and professional conduct are essential
•Ability to efficiently handle various tasks and address client and staff issues
•Proficient in MS Office programs and Google Workspace
•Experience with boutique fitness sales software ( such as MindBody, and Wellness Living)
•A flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, is required
