About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP of Global Marketing with a strong focus on revenue generation and a deep background in digital advertising and AdTech. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive communications strategy, including public relations, external and internal communications, and crisis management. This role demands a leader who can work closely with the C-suite to set marketing strategy, is adept at using data-driven approaches to identify new sources of demand, and can develop and implement a lead generation strategy. The SVP will also be tasked with building the brand through creative and resonant content, ensuring consistency across all channels, and leading a best-in-class events marketing function. Applicants for the SVP of Global Marketing position at the company should have at least 15 years' experience in high-growth B2B and/or B2C marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role. The role requires a hands-on leader with experience in various marketing facets, particularly in driving outbound growth, and a proven track record of managing a large, global, high-performing team. Expertise in global markets and cross-cultural communication strategies is essential. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, adept at using data for decision-making, and able to set and achieve marketing and communication OKRs. A strong focus on team development, collaboration, and a spirit of shared mission is also a key qualification for this role.
