A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Product Manager for the Alarisâ„¢ Infusion System.
The Product Manager will be working for a leading global medical technology company with a major presence in the US and international markets. This is a full-time position with a preference for West Coast hours and hybrid/remote flexibility.

Product Manager Compensation
• The pay for this position is between $38.19 – $41.67 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Product Manager Highlights
• Hybrid preferred, with remote possible

Product Manager Responsibilities
• Serve as a subject matter expert for core teams, downstream marketing, and regions
• Lead software projects, executing QMS and GPDS deliverables, and communicating customer and patient needs
• Drive product enhancements, integrations, and continuity for the infusion platform portfolio
• Define the portfolio strategy and roadmap for the infusion platform
• Identify, quantify, and communicate unmet needs through customer feedback
• Build out global launch and commercialization plans to support downstream launch excellence
• Conduct market research to assess global market opportunities, product concepts, and value propositions
• Create evidence generation plans to support differentiated, quantified messaging
• Utilize data analytics to adapt commercial strategies
• Conduct impactful presentations at core team, leadership meetings, and townhalls
Product Manager Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of five years’ experience in marketing, product management, or equivalent in the medical device sector or a comparable field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 25%)
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of success in influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience with connected, integrated, clinical software solutions
• Understanding of the medical device development process and phases
• Experience with Quality Management Systems
• Knowledge of the IV infusion pump market and relevant stakeholders
