We are seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies that foster the growth of our brand and support the success of our franchise owners. You will be pivotal in building relationships with franchise owners, optimizing marketing efforts, managing budgets and vendors, and overseeing a range of marketing initiatives across various channels. Your ability to communicate effectively, lead projects, and manage resources will be essential to driving both franchise and company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Franchise Owner Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong, ongoing relationships with franchise owners to support their marketing efforts.

Vendor and Budget Management: Negotiate contracts and manage third-party vendors, ensuring that service-level agreements are met and expectations are aligned.

Employee Training and Development: Manage and provide mentorship to a Digital Marketing Assistant. Help improve their skill set through training on key tasks such as social media calendar management, monthly email campaigns, SEO initiatives, and bi-monthly flight report creation.

National Convention Planning and Presenting: Play a key role in the planning and execution of bi-annual National Conventions. Coordinate logistics, including sponsor relations and event schedules, through the Cvent app.

Lead Generation and Marketing Support: Provide marketing support to franchise owners, helping them generate and capture leads through effective strategies.

Marketing Strategy and Execution: Work closely with other departments to ensure marketing strategies align with overall company goals.

Reporting and Analytics: Regularly monitor and report on key marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on franchise marketing or multi-location businesses.

Strong experience in local SEO, PPC, email marketing, and print advertising.

Knowledge of vendor management and budgeting practices.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with franchise owners.

Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and developing a team.

Experience with Cvent or other event management platforms.

Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools experience preferred.

Ability to present confidently and clearly to large groups, including franchise owners and leadership teams.

Salesforce or CRM experience a plus.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

This is a remote position.
