Our client, a leading entertainment company, is hiring a
Technical Project Manager
on a contract basis. Job ID: 81641
Work Location: New York, NY (Hybrid Working Model)
Responsibilities: • Lead various platform messaging campaigns to retain users, plan A/B testing to optimize performance, & work with vendor on tool roadmap/enhancements , in collaboration with the outbound marketing and platform engagement teams • Partner with creative, merchandising, product, legal & other internal teams to deliver all necessary campaign assets/details in a timely manner, as well as QA-ing campaigns to ensure seamless deployment • Produce, share, and use critical metric reporting on a regular and consistent basis to ensure continuous improvement in process and results, including identifying performance drivers and insights • Partner with other teams in the business, including business intelligence & analytics to project manage the delivery of analysis etc to the customer retention team • Compile best practices and competitive intelligence within retention marketing to share with internal teams
Required Qualifications: • 2-5+ years of experience in Project Management, Customer Retention, Relationship Management, Marketing and/or eCommerce • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms • Experience with campaign data, reporting & generating insights • Experience working with multi-platform products on mobile, web and OTT • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills • Capability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
Preferred Skills: • Experience working in a digital streaming domain • Experience working on in-app/on-platform marketing channel • Ability to generate reporting and insights, preferably using Tableau • Adept at using Microsoft Excel to run reporting and generate actionable insights • Experience using Adobe Analytics
Education: • BS/BA in related field preferred
Pay Rate:
$65/hour W2
