Role: Technical/Marketing Project Manager
Location: Remote (working Eastern or Central Time Zone)
Duration: 12 months
Job Description: Responsibilities:
Lead various platform messaging campaigns to retain users, plan A/B testing to optimize performance, & work with vendor on tool roadmap/enhancements, in collaboration with the outbound marketing and platform engagement teams Partner with creative, merchandising, product, legal & other internal teams to deliver all necessary campaign assets/details in a timely manner, as well as QA-ing campaigns to ensure seamless deployment Produce, share, and use critical metric reporting on a regular and consistent basis to ensure continuous improvement in process and results, including identifying performance drivers and insights Partner with other teams in the business, including business intelligence & analytics to project manage the delivery of analysis etc to the customer retention team Compile best practices and competitive intelligence within retention marketing to share with internal teams
Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in Project Management, Customer Retention, Relationship Management, Marketing and/or eCommerce Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms Experience with campaign data, reporting & generating insights Experience working with multi-platform products on mobile, web and OTT Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills Capability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in a digital streaming domain Experience working on in-app/on-platform marketing channel Ability to generate reporting and insights, preferably using Tableau Adept at using Microsoft Excel to run reporting and generate actionable insights Experience using Adobe Analytics
Education & Experience:
BS/BA in related field preferred ET_PB01
