Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency, is seeking a Project Manager - Media to join our Client's team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead various platform messaging campaigns to retain users, plan A/B testing to optimize performance, and work with vendors on tool roadmap/enhancements, in collaboration with the outbound marketing and platform engagement teams.
  • Partner with creative, merchandising, product, legal, and other internal teams to deliver all necessary campaign assets/details on time, as well as QA campaigns to ensure seamless deployment.
  • Produce, share, and use critical metric reporting on a regular and consistent basis to ensure continuous improvement in process and results, including identifying performance drivers and insights.
  • Partner with other teams in the business, including business intelligence and analytics, to project manage the delivery of analysis to the customer retention team.
  • Compile best practices and competitive intelligence within retention marketing to share with internal teams.
Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in Project Management, Customer Retention, Relationship Management, Marketing, and/or e-commerce.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with campaign data, reporting, and generating insights.
  • Experience working with multi-platform products on mobile, web, and OTT.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills.
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in a digital streaming domain.
  • Experience working on in-app/on-platform marketing channels.
  • Ability to generate reporting and insights, preferably using Tableau.
  • Adept at using Microsoft Excel to run reporting and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience using Adobe Analytics.
Education & Experience

  • BS/BA in a related field preferred.
