Marketing Project Manager

to lead and optimize platform messaging campaigns, drive user retention, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance campaign performance. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with

marketing automation platforms, campaign data analysis, and multi-platform products

(mobile, web, OTT). This is a

12-month remote opportunity,

available exclusively to candidates based in the

U.S. Central or Eastern time zones. Third-party agencies, 1099 contractors, and C2C arrangements will not be considered. Application deadline: 2/14/25 Pay rate: $50-55/hr W-2 + benefits, paid weekly Responsibilities: Oversee platform messaging campaigns to retain users, execute A/B testing, and collaborate with vendors on tool enhancements. Work cross-functionally with creative, merchandising, product, and legal teams to ensure timely and seamless campaign execution. Conduct thorough QA testing for campaigns before deployment. Track campaign performance metrics, generate insights, and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with business intelligence & analytics teams to manage reporting and insights for customer retention efforts. Responsible for collaborating with the billing and subscription operations team to reduce involuntary churn by enhancing billing processes and communication strategies. Research and compile best practices and competitive intelligence to optimize retention marketing strategies. Requirements: 2-5 years of experience in Project Management, Customer Retention, Marketing, or eCommerce. Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms. Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with experience in campaign performance optimization. Experience working with multi-platform products (mobile, web, OTT). Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Experience in the digital streaming industry is preferred. Knowledge of in-app/on-platform marketing channels. Proficiency in Tableau, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Analytics. BS/BA in a related field is required.
