Because when our customers win, we all win.The RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team to co-lead and execute our digital marketing strategy. In this role, you will plan, organize, and execute digital campaigns and programs that generate new leads, advance existing opportunities, and target key accounts.This role is integral to driving growth across all our digital channels, with a focus on paid search, display, social and retargeting, and conversion rate optimization for our website. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline revenue. To be eligible for this role, you must be based in the New York City area and will be expected to come into our Manhattan office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.You WillDevelop, implement, and optimize integrated digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.Plan, execute, and optimize paid search, display, retargeting strategy across platformsManage generous paid media budgets and track performance metrics to ensure campaigns deliver strong ROI.Analyze website and landing page performance to identify areas for improvement and test strategies to optimize conversion rates, including A/B testing.Oversee, maintain, and troubleshoot technical issues on the company's website, ensuring they are optimized for performance, security, and user experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with broader business goalsThe ExpectationsIn the first 30 days, the focus is on onboarding and assessment-understanding the company's mission, meeting key stakeholders, and evaluating current digital marketing strategies, website performance, and paid media efforts. Training on internal tools and processes is also prioritized. Key deliverables include a documented audit, quick-win opportunities, and relationship-building. By 60 days, the emphasis shifts to strategy development and execution, with a roadmap for improving paid campaigns, A/B testing for CRO, and optimizing audience targeting. Deliverables include a 6-month strategy, improved campaign performance, and initial test insights. By 90 days, the goal is to refine and scale successful campaigns, integrate cross-functional initiatives, and establish performance benchmarks through dashboards and reporting. Deliverables include measurable improvements, optimized processes, and long-term growth recommendations, ensuring a structured and data-driven approach to digital marketing success.You Have6-8 years of B2B experience in SaaS environment or similarKnowledge and proven experience creating, executing and continually optimizing successful paid marketing campaigns and improvement of website performanceAbility to manage a generous budget and provide strategic recommendations for best use of spendData-driven mindset with the ability to use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to measure success and identify opportunities.Knowledge of A/B testing and CRO tools (e.g., Optimizely, Ninetailed).Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.Big picture thinking and the ability to execute at the ground level Global campaign experience a plusCockroach Labs is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer building a diverse and inclusive workforce. Salary is one component of the Cockroach Labs' Total Rewards package, which also includes, for each employee: stock options, medical insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, life and disability insurance, funds towards professional development resources, flexible paid time off, 11 paid holidays a year, 10 paid sick days a year, paid parental leave, a 401(k) plan, and wellbeing benefits. We set standard ranges for all U.S.-based roles based on function, level, and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Actual salaries may vary and fall outside of this range depending on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, geographic location, skills, experience, and competencies. In addition, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted.
