We’re rapidly expanding, with our New York office set to open in early 2025, and are looking for a scrappy, results-driven Founding Marketing Manager to help fuel our growth.

The Role:

We’re seeking a Founding Marketing Manager with 7-8 years of experience to play a critical role in growing our presence in the B2B software market. You’ll be a hands-on-keyboard operator, directly managing performance marketing channels, email marketing operations, and website CRO (conversion rate optimization). Your efforts will drive high-quality leads and demand generation for our cutting-edge marketing software.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns, including Google Ads and Google Max, to maximize ROI and drive lead acquisition.
  • Run and refine Paid Social campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta to capture and engage our target audience.
  • Oversee the execution of email marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient workflows, accurate list segmentation, and performance tracking (design and copywriting support provided).
  • Leverage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to monitor, analyze, and optimize performance marketing efforts across all channels.
  • Collaborate on website CRO initiatives to maximize lead conversion rates.
  • Apply your expertise to optimize demand generation channels in a B2B marketing software environment, particularly within early-stage startups.
  • Operate with a scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset, taking initiative to identify and execute impactful strategies across marketing disciplines.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 7-8 years of demand generation or performance marketing experience, preferably in early-stage B2B SaaS startups.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads (including Google Max) and Paid Social platforms like LinkedIn and Meta.
  • Hands-on experience in email marketing operations and familiarity with HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of GA4, with a focus on data-driven optimization and performance reporting.
  • Self-Starter Mentality: Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Location: Based in New York City, with the ability to work in-person at our new office launching in 2025.
