UI/UX Lead

Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) . We are seeking a UI/UX Lead with strong proficiency in Angular, Figma, and AXIS framework. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading UI/UX design initiatives and collaborating on the development of innovative, user-centered digital solutions. Rate Range:
$70/hour to $90/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Developer job responsibilities include: Leading the design and implementation of user-centered UI/UX solutions for digital products. Collaborating closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of designs with Angular and full-stack technologies. Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and other design tools. Conducting user research and testing to gather insights and refine design strategies. Maintaining and promoting best practices for UI/UX design within the team, ensuring consistency across all projects. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in software development or a related role. Extensive experience with Angular and front-end development frameworks. Strong expertise in UI/UX design principles, with proficiency in Figma and AXIS framework. Knowledge of Java, Microservices, and full-stack development is a plus. Proven ability to lead design teams and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
